LLP Aktauneftekhim have built their activity on employees’ health and labour safety in accordance with the requirements of Single management system for labour protection in the Almaty City oil industry. Employees’ health and safety is given first priority in the activity and management of labour protection. Main objective in the works on the system for management of labour protection is to create safe and sound labour condition to increase effectiveness of production improve product quality and ensure the protection of employees’ health and working capacity in the process of work.

The objectives management system used by the Company makes it possible to measure the output of each employee and evaluate their contribution. The system works by mapping the strategic objectives of the Company onto those of the units and divisions; these are then transformed into objectives and tasks for the employees. It is then possible to determine the degree to which strategic and operational objectives have been attained.
